CNC Profile Cutting Machines

CNC Plate Profile cutting system model PANTHER for cutting profiles on plates with Plasma torch & Oxyfuel torch. Suitable for maximum plate length - 36000 mm and onwards if required and maximum plate width - 6000 mm or upwards if required. 3 axis CNC system for profile cutting on plates.

Machine will comprise of –

1. CNC Gantry system

2. Nesting software

3. CNC Controller

4. Plasma cutting torch / Oxyfuel torch depending on customer requirement

Note – These systems can be improvised depending upon the configuration of the customer.

CNC Plate and Pipe Profile integrated cutting system with Plasma cutting / Oxyfuel torch or both as per customer requirement. Suitable for plate cutting upto length as per customer requirement, width 2000 mm onwards, pipe cutting – diameter 40 mm – 600 mm and upwards if required and length as per customer requirement. Plasma source capacity depending upon customer requirement will be provided. 4 axis Gantry machine, suitable for all kinds of profile cutting. Cutting speed upto 10 mtrs./min and above can be achieved.

CNC Pipe profile cutting system 3 / 5 / 6 axis for cutting profile on pipes with plasma cutting torch. Pipe diameter can be as per customer requirement. Chuck type and Disc type system can be provided for pipe holding as per customer requirement.
